Job Description

WeCare, LLC is seeking a Minnesota Licensed Psychologist (LP) to provide advanced clinical oversight supporting ARMHS services. This role strengthens clinical decision-making, documentation quality, and rehabilitative treatment planning for adults experiencing serious mental health symptoms in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to ARMHS staff
• Train and supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers
• Complete and/or review Diagnostic Assessments (DA), Functional Assessments (FA), Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), LOCUS assessments, renewals, and required periodic reviews
• Review, approve, and sign progress notes and service documentation to ensure compliance, integrity, and alignment with treatment plans
• Routinely review client files to ensure audit readiness and compliance with DHS and MHCP requirements
• Provide corrective guidance and documentation coaching when standards are not met
• Conduct monthly training sessions for new ARMHS workers and staff, including documentation standards and service integrity expectations
• Collaborate with administrative and executive staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures supporting ARMHS compliance

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Psychologist (LP) license in good standing
• Strong clinical leadership and documentation review skills
• Adult mental health experience preferred

Preferred

• Community mental health or rehabilitative service oversight experience
