Job Description

WeCare, LLC is hiring a Minnesota Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve as an ARMHS Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Professional supporting adults with serious mental health needs. This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, treatment planning support, and documentation review to ensure services are ethical, rehabilitative, and compliant with Minnesota DHS/MHCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured clinical supervision and consultation to ARMHS staff
• Train and supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers
• Complete and/or review Diagnostic Assessments (DA), Functional Assessments (FA), Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), LOCUS assessments, renewals, and required periodic reviews
• Review, approve, and sign progress notes and service documentation to ensure compliance, integrity, and alignment with treatment plan
• Conduct monthly training sessions for new ARMHS workers and staff, including documentation standards and service integrity expectations
• Routinely review client files to ensure audit readiness and compliance with DHS and MHCP requirements
• Collaborate with administrative and executive staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures supporting ARMHS compliance
• Provide corrective guidance and documentation coaching when standards are not met

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LICSW license in good standing
• Strong clinical supervision and documentation skills
• Ability to provide leadership in a community-based mental health setting
• Experience working with adults with serious mental illness (preferred)

Preferred

• ARMHS experience or community mental health leadership experience
