Job Description

WeCare, LLC is seeking a Minnesota Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide ARMHS clinical supervision and mental health professional oversight. This position supports staff development, treatment planning quality, and documentation integrity while ensuring services remain person-centered and compliant with Minnesota ARMHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation to ARMHS staff
• Train and supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers
• Complete and/or review Diagnostic Assessments (DA), Functional Assessments (FA), Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), LOCUS assessments, renewals, and required periodic reviews
• Review, approve, and sign progress notes and service documentation to ensure compliance, integrity, and alignment with treatment plans
• Conduct monthly training sessions for new ARMHS workers and staff, including documentation standards and service integrity expectations
• Routinely review client files to ensure audit readiness and compliance with DHS and MHCP requirements
• Collaborate with administrative and executive staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support ARMHS compliance
• Provide corrective guidance and documentation coaching when standards are not met

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LMFT license in good standing
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical supervision skills
• Experience working in adult mental health settings preferred

Preferred

• ARMHS or community-based adult mental health experience
