Job Description

WeCare, LLC is hiring qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) to support ARMHS services as Mental Health Professionals and/or Clinical Supervisors. This role provides clinical oversight, documentation review, and staff consultation to ensure ARMHS services remain rehabilitative, person-centered, and compliant with Minnesota DHS and MHCP expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured clinical supervision and consultation to ARMHS staff
• Train and supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers
• Complete and/or review Diagnostic Assessments (DA), Functional Assessments (FA), Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), LOCUS assessments, renewals, and required periodic reviews, as applicable within scope of practice
• Review, approve, and sign progress notes and service documentation to ensure compliance, integrity, and alignment with treatment plans
• Routinely review client files to ensure audit readiness and compliance with DHS and MHCP requirements
• Provide corrective guidance and documentation coaching when standards are not met
• Conduct monthly training sessions for new ARMHS workers and staff, including documentation standards and service integrity expectations
• Collaborate with administrative and executive staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures supporting ARMHS compliance

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in good standing
• Adult mental health experience and demonstrated clinical competency
• Strong documentation review and clinical supervision skills

Preferred

• Psychiatric-Mental Health focus (PMHNP or psychiatric CNS experience)
• Experience in community mental health or integrated care settings
