Job Description

WeCare, LLC is hiring a Psychiatry-certified Physician (MD/DO) to provide psychiatric consultation supporting ARMHS services. This position strengthens diagnostic alignment, clinical risk planning, and coordination of care for adults with serious mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric consultation and clinical guidance for complex adult mental health cases
• Provide clinical oversight recommendations to strengthen treatment planning, stability planning, and rehabilitative progress
• Support completion and/or review of Diagnostic Assessments (DA), Functional Assessments (FA), Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), LOCUS assessments, renewals, and required periodic reviews, as applicable within scope of practice
• Review clinical documentation and provide guidance to support compliance and service integrity
• Support escalation planning for high-acuity situations and coordination with community providers
• Participate in monthly training support for ARMHS staff as requested by agency leadership
• Collaborate with administrative and executive staff to strengthen policies, procedures, and audit readiness systems

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota medical license (MD or DO)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Experience in adult outpatient or community psychiatry preferred
